The next bamboo building course is taking place in La Florida (a wounderful small village in the Uvita Mountain, close to Tinamastes, 50 minutes from San Isidro).
You will learn to harvest and treat bamboo, make connections, lashings, nails, holes and to build a small bench. You work with clay/adobe, learn different techniques to build walls and a floor and much more.

A bunch of us have been regularly playing pickleball Mondays and Thursdays at Talari Mountain Lodge ... usually 2-4 pm. It's been super fun (and addictive!) and we would love for more peeps to join us. All abilities welcome. No pickleball experience necessary. If you have ever loved or played ping-pong, tennis, racketball, squash, etc... you would likely love this.
