1 hectare in Canaan de Rivas

Canaan de Rivas is located in Perez Zeledon and is the town just before San Gerardo de Rivas (where the entrance to Chirripo is located.) For sale is 1 hectare with over 250 Hass avocado trees. I bought this property two years ago and was going to try and make money selling avocados, but I just had a baby and can't wait to reap the fruit in two to three more years. There are no neighbors for 300 meters in the direction of the road, and zero up in the little valley where the property is located. There is a farm that has electricity further up the valley so I know it isn't difficult to connect a line, and the town's fresh water supply comes from up in the same valley. -In the picture with the school in the bottom right is the town of Canaan de Rivas. -In the picture with the town in the distance straight ahead is Los Angeles (where many gringos live and the farm 'finca mia' is located.)
