With great sadness, we announce the passing of Harlow Franklin Newton, Jr. ... one of the more interesting men I have ever met! Many of you probably remember him for years on the beach in front of Tortilla Flats with the signs he made in Spanish & English and always with a good story to share. His mass is today, July 31st at the Cathedral in Perez Zeledon at 4pm, and here is the notice from his wonderful children.
Gloria & Jim Matthews are two of the most loving, incredible people I have ever known in my life and many of you know them and love them too.
