kapiBlu, famous for its excellent coffee & meals, is now open on Sundays too, from 9am to 5pm. Their expanded new menu now has waffles, basil pesto spaguetti, pecan pies, carrot cake and many more delights all home made. From our brave Lifeguards: Another successful rescue yesterday in Dominical! One week ago, the community came together and raised more than $13,000 for the lifeguard program - THANK YOU!! This money will be used to pay lifeguard salaries, upgrade rescue equipment, rebuild the Dominical tower and continue training and certification. And we are working on installing showers at Hermosa and Dominical that will provide a sustainable income for the program as well. But this is only about 1/4 of our annual operating budget, so we will continue to need monthly donors.
