The large kitchen has long counters of blue ceramic, and built-in cabinets. there is a brand-new stove with oven and a new refrigerator. all floors and counters are of quality ceramic tile; there is an attractive bar of fine hardwood, and a ‘breakfast nook’ with rataan table and chairs overlooking gardens. The bathroom is big, all ceramic. large closets!
There is a nice office space with desk, storage, and high-speed internet, and wifi.
there is also a large bodega/washroom with washing machine, lines for clothes, storage space.
Throughout the home there are beautiful hand-painted artworks (interchangeable)
everywhere there are gardens of orchids, bromelia, ‘reina de la noche” palms, mango, lime, and oranges, and lots of space, nearly an acre. This home comes with two patios: one at the house, the other near the river.
