Temporary house/dog sitter; immediate for 6-7 weeks.
Need a place to stay for a 6-7 weeks? I must go back and forth to San Jose for the next 6-7 weeks and I need someone to move into the extra bedroom to help with the dogs in my absence. I’ll be gone more than I’ll be here. 4WD vehicle is necessary. I’ll provide lodging, food (within reason) and anything else we can discuss. My wife will be in San Jose for the duration of that time for daily treatments, and rather than move someone in and out on an unknown schedule, I thought this might work, and provide someone with a place to stay. 1,800 feet elevation gives good breezes; it is chilly at night up here. Good internet, internet TV, lovely place to be; very quiet and out of the way. We’re about 3 km above Lagunas, 20 minutes or less to Dominical, and the roads are being groomed now, so they will be good.
There are farm employees, very honest hardworking folks who are friends; they add to the security and live nearby.
Email or call me for ideas, interest, questions, or offers. Begins Monday, Aug 26, or later that week would be fine as well. I’m a busy, quiet person, and I get up early and go to bed early.
Large farm, 75 meters from creek, neighbors, but not visible, are wonderful and helpful. Organic garden with some food, but not a lot as we’ve been gone for months and recently returned.
