Several people have asked what happened to Scotia Bank in PZ. There are no signs on the old bank ... but they have moved 2 blocks west (toward Dominical) into a new building on the left side of the street, past Pali.
Also, lots of people have mentioned that the ATM's at Banco Costa Rica will only give limited amounts per transaction. We have found that Banco Nacional will give 250,000 colones or $400 per transaction as of this last week and Scotia Bank will do the same.
