House is on eight acres with two creeks and a waterfall. There are three levels, the lower has covered parking and large tiled patio space, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor hot water shower, and laundry room. The main floor has a spacious open living/kitchen/dining space. There is a large dining room table and plenty of dishes, pans, utensils and appliances. Two bedrooms are on this floor plus a bathroom. A large wrap around porch has rocking chairs and a hammock. Up a circular staircase is a large loft space with a queen size bed and bathroom.
The house is between Dominical and San Isidro. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive to each.
