I need to leave the country on December 20, and will be in the U.S. for up to six weeks.
I would be willing to lend my sweet boy Pantera, about 8 weeks old, and all of about two pounds ; loves and loved by humans. Loves to play and sleep. Has a good sense of his power, and plays nicely, but needs his nails cut. Fearless, probably to the point of being a hazard to himself- played well with male cat several time his size. Likes to sit on shoulder. Prefers tuna , but eats chicken cat food, and rice and beans, a true Tico. Will be on your bed if you turn your back. Follows me around more like a dog than a cat.
References, preferably from animals, required, because people can lie. Ken Lyle firstname.lastname@example.org

Corporation Registration In September of this year a new law was passed requiring the registration of all corporations in Costa Rica with the Dirección General de Tributacion (DGT). DGT is an office of the tax collection agency, Ministerio de Hacienda. There is no fee to register your corporation but it must be registered by specific dates in 2018 or otherwise you will be fined. Because Hacienda collects income tax in December, DGT moved the deadlines for registration after the first of February 2018. Please check the following deadlines for corporate registration. The last number of the corporation's cedula will determine the date it needs to be registered:
1 and 2...February 28, 2018 3...........March 31, 2018 4...........April 30, 2018 5...........May 31, 2018 6...........June 30, 2018 7...........July 31, 2018 8...........August 31, 2018 9...........Septmember 30, 2018 0...........October 31, 2018 In order to register the corporation or change your contact information, the legal representative needs to present the D-140 form in person at a DGT office or someone with power of attorney can also present the document. (Thank you to "Your Costa Rica Contact")
My boyfriend and I are staying in Costa Rica this winter from January through March and trying to find rental properties in the San Isidro area. Our ideal location would be near Tinamaste/Platanillo. The struggle so far has been finding a place that has fast enough internet. My job allows me to work remotely, which is why I can spend the winter in Costa Rica. However, having fast and reliable internet to do my full-time job is an absolute necessity. Ideally the speed would be above 10 Mbps/sec.
Thank you! Any help is much appreciated as we are about a month out from the trip.
Rainy season is dwindling; time to make some changes and get out and play.
So, Russ is no longer playing anytime at KapiBlu.
Every Sunday, 1 - 4pm at Candombe for some easy blues and a bit of folk.
Candombe is a relatively new place about 2 klicks north from Gasotica on the highway to San Jose at the San Rafael Norte turnoff. (Good road marker is group of low white buildings with large picture windows on the mountainside of the highway--your left when heading north. Turn left 25 meters past the buildings.)
The restaurant has the best Pizza Sheri and I have had in Costa Rica and it could hold its own against many restaurants in California Bay Area. I''ve been told the grill is excellent as well. They serve wine but no beers. Small 4, Med 6 and large 8 top tables. You can sit close or away from the little stage I be hiding in the corner of. Also, they have some nice drums and a cajon, as well as, an extra mic so feel free to join in the songs.
So, I'd love to see ya any Sunday for a sit down or even if you just order Take Out and stop for a couple of tunes. Sebastion is the owner and be sure to let him know how he's doing with the place. Open at 11:00 am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Live music also starting at 8 on Friday and Saturday nights for those of you who can still see to drive at night.
I'll also be playing at Ricard2 on the road to Tinamaste regularly possibly every Friday afternoon. I'll confirm next week.
