I am planning a trip down in late May to see as many parcels as possible in the Rivas/ Chirripo, San Francisco, or Tianamastes areas. I am looking for something under $100k that is within 30-40 minutes from San Isidro. Bare land or land with small house either may work. Also I would really like if owner could carry for a short term. If you know of anything that may be like I described and have photos or contact information of some one looking to sale I would greatly appreciate it.
