Here is a link to an article in Spanish regarding the annual Blood & Hair Drive that is coming up January 29th, from 7 til noon at the Complejo Cultural, next to the library (biblioteca), downtown Perez Zeledon. To donate blood, you must be between 18 and 65 and weigh more than 110 pounds. For hair donations, hair should be 8 inches or longer. This is always a wonderful community event.
