Gated/secure this is an absolutely beautiful, large one bedroom home, clean and complete. it is artistic and nicely furnished.

Included: custom queen-size bed, orthopedic mattress (+ linens), italian, glove-leather couches (soft and comfortable). The large kitchen has long counters of blue ceramic, and built-in cabinets. there is a brand-new stove with oven and a new refrigerator. all floors and counters are of quality ceramic tile; there is an attractive bar of fine hardwood, and a ‘breakfast nook’ with rataan table and chairs overlooking gardens. The bathroom is big, all ceramic. large closets!

There is a nice office space with desk, storage, and high-speed internet, and wifi.

there is also a large bodega/washroom with washing machine, lines for clothes, storage space.

Throughout the home there are beautiful hand-painted artworks (interchangeable)

everywhere there are gardens of orchids, bromelia, ‘reina de la noche” palms, mango, lime, and oranges, and lots of space, nearly an acre. This home comes with two patios: one at the house, the other near the river.

This home is a minute away from ‘el Rio San Isidro’… for a dip, or to watch birds… a haven for a great variety of exotic birds…your backyard neighbors this is a wonderful spot to live: best weather! In the summer it is cooler. when it is hot at the beach or downtown…home is also near 2 mini markets, pizzeria, bakery. Bus is near, no car is needed.

Only 10 min. to town (San Isidro), and 40 min. to the beach (Playa Dominical) activities in the area include swimming scuba diving, fishing, surfing, hang-gliding, kayaking, horseback riding, eco-tours, zip-lining, bird watching, all kinds of festivals, music, terrific restaurants, sodas, and bars.

We have a huge ‘feria’ or ‘farmers’ market, where you will find organic products, veggies of all kinds, fresh fish, chicken, fruits of all kinds, and healing herbs and spices. Here you will get to meet, laugh, and enjoy the truly fantastic people of Costa Rica.

This is almost a secret place in paradise, near to everything: the highest mountain, the beach, and the 2nd largest city in the southern zone.
